A SINGLE dad with four children is facing homelessness after refusing to pay rent to live in a mouldy house of horrors.
Kelso single father Jason Price has spent about $2000 to unsuccessfully remove a virtual rainforest of mould growing in the bathroom of his social housing property.
He said the fungus had sprung up within four days of taking his first shower, when he and his children, aged between one and 15, moved into the Simonsen Court home about two years ago.
